I have written/edited 19 books in the field of marketing, and contributed chapters to a further 32 books (51 books in total). I have also recently contributed to a chapter in a Springer book on Cognitive Commerce: Understanding Consumer Behaviour in the Era of AI and Machine Learning (my chapter, with Dr Chabata, is on Voice Technologies and Natural Language Processing in The Context of Consumer Behaviour). The book should be out early in 2026. I am currently working on a book on a Handbook of Trade Indicators and Analytics which I hope will also be on the shelves in 2026.
